Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

Remote, quiet, great architectural balance between simplicity and well-being, friendly staff, very good food quality for breakfast and dinner, best sleep for me in Iceland.

Gorgeous new hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff was all attentive and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and they were some of the best meals we had in a Iceland.

A great location. Being new construction there are several things that need fixing. 1. You cannot turn off the TV. If you do, it comes back on in a couple of minutes. So, the light keeps you up at night. 2. The blackout curtains do not cover all of the windows. 3. The food at dinner was not good. The lamb was tough and overcooked. Breakfast, however, was excellent.

Location was beautiful, views of the glacier were wonderful. Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff worked with us, washed a load of laundry for us(for a reasonable fee), and provided a gluten-free Breakfast for one of our family with celiac. They initially indicated they would not be able to provide dinner, but were able to specially make a salad. Staff were very friendly.

The Milk Factory is on the edge of town but that is not an issue. It means it is easy to find and has a big carpark. It is 5 mins drive to the supermarket and local restaurants. We had a great dinner in town. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and looked over a glacier. The lady on the front desk was delightful and very helpful. A great place to stay.

Very comfy, clean rooms and good showers etc. First guest house we stayed in with TV in room even though we didn't use it. Kitchen is just a toaster , kettle microwave job so don't plan a dinner party 😁 Location is good right by harbour.
