    Great location, nice hotel. Big food court for breakfast and dinner. Also coffee and juice bar and a supermarket on the lowest floor next to parking lot. Staff was very nice, we got a free upgrade to a room with windows so we could enjoy the view over the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Also, try the spa. The pitjit (massage) was amazing.

    Very nice hotel , thank you Nice receptionists they are all professional especially the lady Alsa~ she speaks very good English , handle my problem in restaurants and very nice alway with smile Hotel room is quite big and hotel looks luxury with water cattle ~ Nice location close train station 1. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet 2. Good service and many receptionists to handle check in 3. Swimming pool is included and so big , I quite like it

    Loved this place! Very comfortable room, nice shower. Everyone is very helpful. The breakfast has lots of options. And the food in general is delicious! We had dinner there every day and really enjoyed it! They even have a gym for an easy work out.

    This is ike coming home to Surabaya. One of the main reasons for my visit is to stay at Majapahit. They so kindly upgraded me to the higher category room, which makes working from the room even easier. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and dinner was also awesome. Ambience- Classy

    I loved everything, the people working there (they're so helpful, friendly and kind!), the wonderful garden where you take the breakfast, the quality, quantity and variety of food served at breakfast and dinner, the swimming pool, the view from room's wide window, the space in the room.
