The property was absolutely beautiful! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the grounds were stunning and lush, and breakfast was delicious. There were a lot of amenities- the free kayaks were a hit and the beach front is very pretty. Staff were very helpful in coordinating water taxis, tours or shuttles for you if needed. You could pay extra for massages, dinner, lunch, etc, all of which were very affordable.

Great location, just up from the water taxi dock and right across the street from the Tuk Tuk "station". Great veggie & fruit market only about 200 yards. Gardens are very nice and rooms are clean, decent, & quiet. Good value for your money if you don't mind a bit on the rustic side.

The place is so beautiful. Cleaned, relaxing, comfortable, delicious vegetarian dinner and breakfast. I loved everything and it exceeded my expectations! San Juan de la Laguna is a beautiful village too, I strongly recommend staying there for a couple of nights if you have time.

The location is right on the lake, which was beautiful, but far colder than I expected. Their dinners were fantastic with a stellar view of the lake from an upper lanai specifically made for diners. The staff were very friendly, though their English was limited.

These guys really went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I was able to check in early and was moved into my own room at no extra cost, so that I could feel safe as a solo female traveller. They were so generous with making sure I had everything I needed, from explaining where to buy credit for my phone, to lending me a charger, to even dropping me off at the dock with all my bags. If your looking for a chilled space on the lake this is the spot. The hot water shower was a winner and the bed was very comfortable!

The family are absolutely lovely, I even chatted to the grandma I got to spend 1 breakfast and 1 dinner with them. The children are delightful. I took them out to the bee place a couple of minutes around the corner. Cats were really cute. Great location. They even called me to check that I was OK when I was out late in San Pedro.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms in lovely gardens. Rooms were rustic but good for the price and outside bathroom and shower were spotlessly clean and not an issue at all for me (a few steps from the bedroom). Restaurant was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Organised a hike to Indians nose for sunrise which was great and would recommend.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful. I ate at the restaurant for my free breakfast and for dinners. The food was delicious, and I made great friends with those who worked there! The view from the hotel is stunning (you can see Rostro Maya perfectly), and I really enjoyed taking out one of the hotel's kayaks. It is a leisurely walk from the center of San Juan, and I am really glad I had the opportunity to stay there!

Staff was amazing and helpful. Food is made from scratch, giving you a truely fresh meal. Resort grounds are rustic and cabin like. Bungalows are big and comfy. Sauna was amazingly hot and a good start to our day.
