Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The room and accommodations were excellent. The most amazing breakfast buffet was offered every morning. An upstairs restaurant was available in the evenings for dinner... Very helpful staff, great location just steps away from old town restaurants and shops. Beautifully restored historical building !
Its location was great. It is across the street from the bus station (we had taken the bus from Chania). It is close to the ferry port. It is a few blocks away from a major archaelogical museum and the old town with restaurants and night life. The receptionist, Mary, who greeted us was great. She made some excellent reservations for dinner and helped us find our way to the ferry port.
Friendly host and even helped us order dinner, as we were very tired from a long drive. Hospitality was perfect, even collected, and helped with luggage ( no elevator). Location is perfect for us near the airport but still quiet, easy parking. Place very clean, towels, breakfast starters, and kitchen for self-service. We were only for one night.
The hotel is very clean, spacious, comfortable, and has a lovely inner courtyard. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and within a 5 min walk from the old town centre.
I had a great one-night stay during my layover before catching the ferry. The room was spacious with lockers and balcony. The showers were hot and relaxing. The owner was incredibly helpful and recommended a fantastic local taverna called Siga Siga, where I enjoyed a delicious meal.
It was amazing place. We enjoyed staying there. It was not a problem to find breakfast or dinner in less than a minute from the apartments. Or you can use the Nespresso coffee machine, that was great.
The house was very nice, close to the beach and a short drive from Heraklion centre. There was a number of tavernas and supermarkets all walking distance from the house. Finally, Alex from Hospi team was very helpful.
Will come back for a longer stay next time.
The hotel was in walking distance to catch the ferry. This was the main reason for booking the hotel. The hotel and room were clean. There was a lift which was convenient with our luggage. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The hotel did serve a continental breakfast, which I didn't have, so cannot comment on this. For dinner there was a tavern and other eating places within walking distance away. Our room had a balcony with a view of the harbour where the ferries dock.
Pleasant staff. Location is is a short walk away from the center. For breakfast and dinner the food was quite good quality (although after dinner I realised I would have preferred to enjoy another night in one of the tavernas which had more delicious dinner food).
Very welcoming owner met us at apartment and showed us everything. We felt very very welcomed. Over everything when we asked about possibility of dinner - owner waited when we get ready and walked us to amazing taverna "O Stratos" few bocks away form apartment - where we had perfect Greek dinner for very fair money.
