    Exceptional. We wanted a sea view, within walking distance to tavernas, cafes and the beach. We got all of that, plus a family friendly room with a veranda where the kids could play, and a quiet retreat. Katerina went above and beyond to care for us, finding the perfect restaurants and activities for our needs, and looking after us as we faced an unconventional circumstance of needing to stay longer.

    The apartment is located on the main pedestrian street of the village Agios Nikitas, only 150 meters from the beach, very close to restaurants and tavernas. Fully equiped with everything you might need. The room was cleaned every day and once two days, the sheets and towels were changed. Maria, the host was extremelly helpful, providing us with all the details we needed before arriving and during our stay.

    Kind friendly helpful owner, made us feel very welcome, such a lovely man. Great view from balcony of the village and the sea. Great location, just a 5 minute walk from village centre and the tavernas and beach. Free aircon, free WiFi.

    The hotel is at a quite good location. Close to the beach, bus station, small supermarket and tavernas. We had a really nice view to the sea from the terasse.

    The location of the property was very near to the one of the best beaches of Greece... Kathisma. Our staying was amazing..we visited also Porto katsiki and Egremi beach. AGIOS NIKITAS was 5 min from us,,a lot of taverns with delicious traditional greek food,, We really loved it and for sure we are coming back at Nicolas and Locias studios.

    Eleftheria was very friendly and helpful. The location is just a few minutes from the beach which was both convenient and quiet. We were given an upgraded room with an ocean view. Thank you very much! Eleftheria knew the nights were cool so she provided us with an extra blanket which was perfect. She also recommended the best taverna for dinner!
