Location was perfect, roomy, cleanness, hospitality, helpful staff. Cottage with Balcony has an excellent location as it’s right across the street from the sea. Chain supermarkets like Daily and Nikora are just a walking distance away. First of all, the cottage room was quite comfortable and clean with attached wardrobe room and bathroom which was spacious. Next, the room was stored with its own refrigerator and a fan which wasn’t even necessary as it was cool in spite of the hot weather outside. The coolness was due to the small, beautiful, shared garden in front of the cottages. The kitchen is shared equipped with all the necessary facilities and it comes with huge open dinning space. Last but not least, the hosts and staff were incredibly helpful with every inquiry anyone had. Overall, this is a great space for family vacation.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The furnishing was rather basic but for the price we paid we could hardly expect a glamorous hotel suite. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation - this is the last house in the street and after it the beach starts. There is a café on property with a lovely lady making dishes to order. There is no menu, she just asks what you like and then she makes it for you, or if she cannot make it, proposes something else. There is another place in the same street, and a shop, but we haven't tried either during our short stay. There is plenty of parking in the street or you can pull in into the front garden. Few things to bear in mind: In this part of Georgia, most tourists are from Russia and Belarus so getting by in English may be a problem. If you don't speak Russian, be prepared to use Google translator a lot. The beach is pebbles, not sand. I like this as the water tends to be cleared this way but if you planned building sand castles here, this is not for you. This property is at the end of town so there are no facilities at the beach - no rental os sun beds and umbrellas, no ice cream and drink sellers, no showers. And also few people so you will have all the space you need. Our room had no air conditioning but it wasn't really needed. The window had a mosquito net so we kept it open all the time. So close to the beach, the air wasn't really that hot anyway.

The best place I have ever visit. You can relax there perfectly, Sea and Mountain View's are combined. The sunset is miracle. Very comfortable beds, the room has everything you need. Very hospitable host Salome, she is always ready for help! Delicious breakfast, also you can order lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!
