Our host was lovely, helpful and informative about the area. We would have missed the beach if he hadn't told us about it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Breakfast was great!

At the inn, the rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a TV. The Carew Arms features some units with garden views, and each room has a kettle. At the accommodation all rooms include bed linen and towels.

The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel that nothing was too much! Nicola the manager made us feel right at home. The property was period so it may seem outdated to others but we loved the historical side of the B&B. We loved the food (both dinner and breakfast) - the burger on the menu was to die for! We were part of a wedding party and felt awful for setting their fire alarm first thing in the morning due to steaming a dress, they were so lovely about it and saw the funny side. I even had a call when I got home to learn that I had left a cheap necklace in the room and they were going to send it to me via post. I would certainly stay here again! Thank you to the team there!

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

The room was comfortable, spotless and well decorated. I was afraid about the noise from the road but it at all. The breakfast and the dinner were fresh. The service was excellent and smiley. We could not enjoy the play area and the beer garden but that would be lovely when the weather enables it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone welcomed us in the evening even though we had booked our night here on short notice, and we were even able to still have dinner. We would definitely come back.

Breakfast wasn't provided and we didn't require it. Owners were very friendly and suggested places to eat, I am Vegan and my daughter is veggie but we didn't struggle, The indian restaurant next door was fabulous accommodating our dietary requirements. We enjoyed a lovely glass of guinness at the Pebbles tavern and a lunch at the East Key Kitchen. The only issue with any of the eateries was that you had to book,

Very lovely upside-down cottage, and very generous welcome pack from the owner, including everything you might need during your stay and extras. Well equipped kitchen, very nice shower and towels/bed linen provided. The location is very central, lots of things to do and places to go out for dinner without the need to move the car. Free car park arranged by the owner for the whole week, including one with EV charging point (easy to set up with the app, but max 3 hours and 55p/kWh).

Comfortable, clean room, excellent full english breakfast, but no alternative offered. Friendly staff. Serves 'pub grub' lunch and dinner times. Carvery on Wednesdays and Sundays. We had the Sunday carvery, which was really, really good. Campsite available at £10 per night, showers and toilets, plus usual services available. Additional charge for electric hook up.

Accommodation lovely rural setting old quaint coach inn, quiet and tranquil. Breakfast perfectly adequate but feel the addition of some fruit and yogurt would benefit as not everyone eats cereal, but cooked breakfast very good.
