On the edge of the New Forest, Woodfalls Inn offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and cooked breakfasts. With a restaurant and traditional bar, the inn is 15 minutes’ drive from historical Salisbury.

The family-run Woodfalls Inn is a 30-minute drive from lively Southampton. Bournemouth can also be reached in 30 minutes and Lyndhurst, in the New Forest National Park, is just 15 minutes’ drive away.

Exceptional accommodation. Two huge double rooms, a twin and a large sitting room. Two large shower rooms. This is a rare find for a family and we had the best time. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful, cosy interior design. The towels were fluffy and the linen was crisp.. it was heaven!! The children loved the double shower and the complimentary toiletries were a lovely touch. We had superb meals at both dinner and breakfast. We can’t wait to return- we only live about 40 mins away, but have been looking for a home away from home like this and now we have finally found it!!

Great location. Right on high street. The rooms are bright and clean and the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast is full English and is delicious.

This 13th-century coaching inn has stunning views across the River Avon to the Salisbury Cathedral. It has a bar, a restaurant, free Wi-Fi and Salisbury Railway Station is just 10 minutes away.

All rooms are nicely decorated and have tea/coffee making facilities, a bath and a shower and a hairdryer. Some rooms have wooden period features, some have river views.

Characterful old pub with more modern accommodation attached, situated right next to river Avon Our room and I believe most have a view over the river towards the cathedral, complete with swans gliding past, absolutely superb. An easy walk into the centre of Salisbury through the cathedral close. Rooms were perfectly comfortable, on suite with all the usual fixings and fittings. Staff were helpful and friendly. We both enjoyed our evening meal. On site parking If I was going to be very picky I would say the ceiling needs redecorating but it certainly wouldn't stop me from asking for the same room again. Unhesitating recommend from both of us.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

Poppy is a star employee. Nothing was too much trouble for her on our arrival and arranging dinner for us on an extremely busy evening.

I visit a close friend in the area whenever I travel down from Lincolnshire. My friend is a regular patron of the Woodfalls inn since its refurbishment and cannot speak highly enough of every aspect of the Inn which is the reason I booked the room. I usually stay in self-catering apartments near Lyndhurst, but the standard has dropped considerably and the cost increased. I will be staying at the Woodfalls in future.

Loved the balcony overlooking the fields and new Forest Hills. Shower was lovely. Perfect for a weekend break. Close to the fabulous Woodfalls Inn which had excellent food. The apartment was immaculate and had all we needed for a relaxing stay.

It was a really good size hotel and local to most of the places w wished to visit. The staff were all really polite, friendly and lovely and we all felt that they could accommodate any query we may have had. The food was really lovely too as we had breakfast each morning and dinner in two of the evenings we stayed. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and would stay again if I was in the area. Thank you

Woodfalls Inn was amazing. The room we had was actually like an apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, huge, beautiful showers. The decor was lovely. The staff were great, the food was really good and the location was just what we were looking for. A great spot if you want to see Salisbury and Stonehenge as well as New Forest, but away from the busy of the city. Not too far to the coast either! The English Breakfast was one of the best we had in England and we loved the pub food too. Definitely recommend.
