The Ferry House Inn offers a traditional riverside free house, serving food and drinks. Guests can enjoy a selection of local ales, ciders, and gins in the bar. Classic pub meals are prepared using locally sourced produce. Dishes are served in the lounge, which features dark wood and a real log fire.

Breakfast was excellent and we had a lovely room with a wonderful view. We also ate dinner which was delicious. We would gladly return.

Fantastic hosts that couldn't do enough for us. We were picked up from Mothecombe after a hard days walking and dropped back there the following morning to continue our walk. As the local pub was closed on a Sunday night, they not only cooked dinner for us but fetched wine and beer from the local shop and left it in our fridge to chill. There was also a hot tub! I really couldn't recommend them more.

The George Guest House is located right in front of the Hoe Park and only a small walk down to the Barbican - great location for exploring Plymouth. There's a nice pub/restaurant right next to the hotel - great for a beer at the end of a day of exploration. The owner was nice and welcoming, overall a very nice stay.

Lovely guest house. Friendly welcome. We had a family room which was equipped with everything we needed including tea , coffee, kettle etc. There is a sitting area downstairs with a fridge , kettle etc that can be used by guests. We went to a concert and on arriving back we found some cake left out for guests...a lovely touch.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It is across the road from the Tamar River so location is excellent. The bar closes by 9pm so noise was not an issue. The food, both breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious
