The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and although it was an old Inn ( which we liked) it was very clean.

Sadly the Kilcott Inn has gone downhill since I last visited c.2 years ago. Staff were pleasant but don’t really seem to ‘get’ the hospitality business.

I was greeted by a lovely lady on arrival. Shown to my room which was thoughtfully decorated (forget Premier Inns!) and in the morning had the most amazing Continental Breakfast and real coffee - at no extra cost. I'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you Malswick Mill!

The room was very comfortable with excellent facilities provided by the Inn, including the rose garden, sculptures & African pods. The staff were welcoming & efficient & the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again, as my friend (who we were visiting) lives in nearby Gorsley.
