Set in Kildrummy, within 27 km of Huntly Castle and 49 km of Balmoral Castle, Kildrummy Inn offers accommodation with a bar and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property is located 18 km from Leith Hall Garden & Estate, 22 km from Craigievar Castle and 38 km from Aboyne Golf Club. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Kildrummy Castle.

The food here (unbeknown to us before we booked) has won awards for it's fine dining. The very friendly and congenial proprietor is an award-winning chef and is also highly knowledgeable about his wines and spirits. He offers an array of rare and obscure alcoholic treats, and you should definitely true the aged rum! The dinner and breakfast menus were fantastic - lots of local and homemade fare, and gluten-free options for almost everything.

Breakfast is lovely. Location is good for exploring surrounding Cairngorms and Deeside. Bar is small but they do have very good alcohol choices. Conservatory is a nice place to have dinner, especially in warm weather. Dinner was lovely, steaks cooked to perfection.

Wonderful hosts, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Didn't have dinner, but menu looked yummy. Breakfast was superb - cooked to order. Will absolutely return again when in this neck of the woods.

The couple who own the Inn are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay with them. All the staff were equally as nice and I would highly recommend the inn. We will certainly go back again next year

Old coaching Inn, fab atmosphere, comfortable room, and main reason for visit - exceptional dinner! Everything just full of flavour and great menu choice. Breakfast was delicious, plenty choice, but too full from evening meal to do it justice.

Staff incredibly friendly and took time to make you feel very welcome. Food was sensational and chef was able to put together special dietary meal very quickly and without a fuss. The 'old Scottish Inn' character has been retained while owner has added tasteful and appropriate touches which made for a wonderful comfy, cosy place to enjoy a dram and a blether followed by a short step to a warm bed

Room was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable pillows and beds. Facilities to make our own tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices, and served at a time to suit us. We booked for dinner too and I was so glad as it was indeed wonderful. All staff were very chatty, from recommending gins to availability for river fishing for my husband. Absolutely top service and would love to return one day. (3 plus hours drive :( ) Birthday treat for my husband :)
