We loved the cottage it was home away from home. It was so nice to get out of the hotel & relax. Very comfortable & a great kitchen to cook dinner.

The best location in Inverness. Nice breakfast, modern environment of the brewery. We havent use the hotel restaurant for the dinner, but I can recommend the Castle Tavern almost around the corner -great food and local atmosphere😉.

Good area if you’re going past Inverness for the highlands but also near the city to drive to for dinner. Had a pleasant time at the guest house, the welcome chocolates were great and Danny our host also gave us many useful tips and recommendations for our travels! Room was clean, WiFi was good, nothing much to complain about.

Upon arrival the innkeeper was no where to be found. Lucky the front door was unlocked. Between room keys left on the front desk and another resident and a room with an open door we settled into the room we thought was ours. Never saw innkeeper in three days. We also tried to help other arrivals during that time get to their rsvp rooms

This wee treasure is in a quiet location within easy walking distance to the city centre. Everything you need for a long weekend or a week, it has it. Very clean and comfortable. Really recommend this accommodation, we all preferred this to a hotel or guest house as we could relax and chill in our own time without house keeping banging on the door, plus find our own places to explore for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just cook our own 😁

Lovely Guest House in Inverness, very near the city center, just a 5-10 minutes walk. The host was nice and helpful and gave us many useful advice for dinner and for the next day. The room was spacious, confortable and very clean, with great attention to detail. Bathroom was large and very clean too. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of sweet and savory options; I would recommend the pancakes with fresh fruit!

The location was ideal, a nice walk into town, not too taxing for pensioners. We were expecting to pay extra for breakfast because of the wording of the booking, but Kathleen assured us this wasn’t so. She was extremely pleasant and so helpful with our enquiries about location of amenities. Aberfeldy Guest House is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Her attention to detail & decor was 2nd to none. Thanks Kathleen & partner for a lovely stay. Stewart & Carol
