    An absolutely amazing room the whole guest house is immaculate The hosts Nikki & Kev are fantastic so friendly and there to give advice on local great spots to go Breakfast wow clean plates all around great selection Small touches like chocolates n a wee card left out for my birthday you two are amazing ! Can’t wait to book our next visit we would highly recommend a stay here !

    Everything was spotlessly clean, beautiful room, the hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help in any way, the breakfast menu would appeal to anyone's taste and the hearty breakfast was more than hearty!! This guest house exceeded all expectations and was excellent value, would highly recommend this guest house

    Hotel exceeded my expectations. Beautiful large rooms tastefully decorated. The whole building exuded a charm and personality only to be found in buildings of this age. Staff were really attentive and efficient. Dinner and breakfast were both superb. Wine was reasonably priced for a hotel. Gardens,grounds and golf course all well tended. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to return with friends shortly.

    Lovely location and superb options for breakfast which were all delicious, super friendly owner who recommended options for dinner and gave us helpful answers to loads of questions. An Incredibly quiet area which was a lovely area to explore from.

    Good location, great staff, good quality dinner. Breakfast was good choice of continental or cooked buffet with option to select choice of eggs. Quality of cooked produce was average for breakfast. Facilities are good. Rooms, whilst looking dated are in keeping with property and were clean. Welcome dogs in rooms and conservatory bar area.

    Staff were friendly and the service was very good. Dinner in the restaurant was trying to be fine dining and didn't really quite make it, although it was still good. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were excellent. Our boys enjoyed the pool table. Grounds are lovely for walks. Gatehouse of Fleet has a couple of good dining options.

    The minute I booked in the staff made you feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and certainly met my expectations. I also had dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent with a good selection of options.
