    staff very helpful, welcoming and polite, i travelled by bicycle and was instantly showed where to store my bike in the garage and offered dinner in the bar without hesitation. very well maintained, high quality rooms with the pub to match breakfast excellent with a wide choice of food and times. book with confidence

    Perfect hotel when visiting Kielder Observatory. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were brilliant - really friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank-you!

    The Pheasant Inn is very comfortable, clean and welcoming, but the highlight of our experience has to be the staff - exceptional customer service. We would recommend eating here too, as we very much enjoyed our dinner and breakfast.

    The Pheasant Inn is a beautiful B&B - we splurged a little as it was a but pricey but we thought it was well worth it. The location is outstanding, honestly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Room is perfect - clean and very well decorated. We opted to stay for dinner as there isn't much around, and we weren't disappointed! Amazing food - it made us excited for breakfast! So lovely to have a menu to pick breakfast items and have it served as 3 courses!

    Everything at the Pheasant Inn was superb. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Every attention to detail. We are already planning to return. Great location close to Kielder Water Visitor Centre and to walks around the reservoir and in the forest.

    Very friendly and helpful staff . Food for breakfast and dinner very good and plenty of choice. Unexpectedly found 2 EV chargers there which was a bonus as the Pheasant Inn is in a remote area. would stay again. It's only a short drive form Kielder Observatory which was reason for visit

    Fantastic atmosphere in the pub, and a great countryside view out of the window in our room (Room 3). The shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. Amazing breakfast, and we had dinner twice - both times is was very high quality rustic food. Enjoyed the bird centre, the visitor centre and general views of Kielder Water.
