The Chain Locker Pub Inn was the most enjoyable inn that I stayed in on the trip to Cornwall. Downstairs was a very historic little pub. The room was great and the view was simply outstanding overlooking the harbor. Breakfast was very good. The staff was really nice and worked well together as a team with Josh as the manager. The restaurant bar had a great view overlooking the harbor and I was served by really friendly bartenders. This inn was a really great "find!"

On the picturesque harbour of St Mawes, with views of the Roseland Peninsula and beyond, The Rising Sun has an outdoor seating area, restaurant, bar and free Wi-Fi.

The rooms have en suite facilities with a bath, shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. They also feature a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have coastal views.

The room was extremely comfortable with brand new cotton sheets on an enormous bed! I appreciated the low level light in the bathroom which came on when one entered the room. The breakfast menu was superb with a great deal of unusual variety of choices. The location so close to the bay was spectacular.

Lovely little annex in grounds of hotel so the added bonus of being able to order breakfast and dinner in the hotel if you wanted. 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and the coastal path and short drive to Falmouth and Helford Passage. Annex was super comfortable. We stayed here with our two boys who slept on the sofa bed. Couldn’t fault a thing!

It was a room only booking as the guest house don't provide breakfast. So while out touring found cafes that provided breakfast. The room we had a sea view and 35 stairs to the attic room floor. So if have issues with mobility best to enquire 1st which we didn't on this occasion as it was 1st time visit. It's central to the beaches and 15 min walk to the town centre and you can come and go whenever as not tied to breakfast before touring what Cornwall has to offer.

This is a well maintained and very comfortable old guest house. Friendly welcome, decent rooms furnished in mid-century modern style, views of the sea or gardens, and a sunny lounge with small bar downstairs. Good breakfast. A really nice place to stay - indeed, this wasn't my first visit.

Beautiful hotel. Bar restaurant area are lovely. With lovely cocktail list and dinner menus. Breakfast was lovely, you can choose a hot item from the menu, such as Cornish breakfast or eggs Benedict. But help yourself to fruits, pastries, cereals and you can even make your own pancakes and waffles. We didn’t upgrade to the spa, but the pool, stream rooms, health centre side was lovely for us. Food was brilliant and so were the staff! Always so happy
