Enjoyed all of it, just thought there could have been more information provided at reception regarding transport into Whitby. There was a taxi number but they were too busy to cone out and the reception didn't offer alternative options or infirm us of the park and ride.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
This is a seriously good hotel and restaurant. The room was very comfortable and dining in the restaurant was excellent at dinner and at breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it.
We loved the room (there was a separate space for our daughter but still within the same room) , the room was specious, nicely furnished , big bed. Very nice and helpful staff, delicious dinner and breakfast. The location was fabulous!
This Inn is a hidden gem but very close to the beautiful beach towns. We had a beautiful room, spacious, two comfy chairs, huge bathroom with bath. The garden is beautiful and well taken care of. It once to relax there in the afternoon with a drink. Dinner was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Everything about Ellerby Country Inn was fantastic. Our room had recently been refurbished and was delightful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and all the staff were charming and helpful.

The staff were lovely and obviously took pride in the inn. The food was excellent and everywhere was very clean. our room was newly refurbished, everything new including the bathroom. Quiet, peaceful location. Couldn't ask for more.

Mid point stop off for us so location was great.Had dinner in the restaurant , was delicious with a good choice.
