    Pale Hall is an incredible place to escape urban life and lose yourself in a majestic setting. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The staff is fantastic, whether it being greeted when arriving in the car park to someone giving a tour of the Hall after arriving. After our tour, we were served tea in one of the sitting rooms. The gentleman who hosting us took us to our room and gave us information about items in it. The room had a sitting room in a turret. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. I cannot say enough about our stay.

    We loved the atmosphere from the beginning to the end. Breakfast was good and fresh, diner was excellent. The room was fabulous. The decoration in this mansion is very beautiful with lots of artwork.

    The meals for both breakfast and dinner are top notch. We ate breakfast all 4 mornings and the service was friendly and all the servings were perfect. We at dinner one night in the pub and it was very good. Actually my son ordered better than dad..

    I felt my room was to small with no chair to sit on as not enough room 304. My grandsons room 302 was great.breakfast and dinner were both excellent would definitely recommend you.All the staff were very friendly as well

    The location is perfect for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the dinner and breakfast menus were excellent, and the local pint was a good one.

    The staff were great...Vicki the manager was brilliant ..she rectified a problem straight away , Danny looked after us at breakfast and dinner and Jane cooked a great breakfast , we had our 2 dogs with us and we have booked again , they are having a refurbishment in the next few weeks and we can't wait to go back

    Big spacious room, price of the stay was very reasonable and the location was good. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. The staff were very helpful, particularly the young lad serving dinner and breakfast who had his hands full with rude guests, he dealt with it well.

    Beautiful old inn just outside Bala. Friendly staff, comfortable room, I slept really well. Breakfast was great, I felt well looked after.
