Outstanding staff, Ben and Catherine and the lovely blonde girl on her way to Uni.....Olivia? Amazing customer service. The food was GREAT, thanks to Ben and the other chef whose name we have unfortunately forgotten!! Seriously lovely food, beautifully cooked fish, inventive vegetarian options, and gorgeous breakfast. Just great all around and wonderful, friendly and kind staff. They even noticed my newfound love for the Scotch Egg and bought me one for the flight out. Comfortable bed with great pillows and linens, fluffy robes and towels, and a Dyson air-cooling fan. All details thoughtful and of quality fabrics. Maybe something more than Nescafe packet coffee? But otherwise a real treat, and cannot say enough about the staff. Loved the fact that lighting was wall sconces, not overheads!!
