Location great for what I needed (eg near Bow Street station)
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Old fashion decor, small not powerful enough hairdryer, the food was disappointing, they only offer ONE slice of bread during dinner, tried two white wines- not great quality, staff really polite and helpful, great location
Friendly and helpful reception, made us feel like we were very welcome, almost like we were regulars. Attention carried through to dinner and breakfast.
Adam and Caroline deserve a mention.
Food was excellent.
Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice served with a smile.
Dinner menu was varied. Stayed 4 nights & was able to select a different main each time.
We had a room with a lovely view across the estuary.
Aberdovey is in my heart I came here every year of my childhood,, the beach is magnificent the views are Wowsa
The Dovey Inn is slap bang in the middle
Good choice for breakfast and dinner, served promptly and efficiently, good quality food. Views over dunes to sea, within good walking distance to Twynyn and Aberdyfi. Had a drying room - very useful in British weather.
A lovely sea view from our room. The inn is quaint but cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable night with the family. Air con was a welcome bonus!
Friendly staff which always makes for a nice welcome.
