The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive and went out of their way for you - a particular mention and thanks to Caua for your 10/10 service. The room was comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom. The facilities pool, spa etc were great. The breakfast was wonderful - such a spread and absolutely delicious. I recommend this place because breakfast is very good, good quality and they are happy to make you extra pancakes (Tapioca), omelette or scrambled eggs. The juices are fresh and all the cakes and breads are perfect with little sugar or salt.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, nice and cozy rooms with fireplace, nice view (lake, mountains or garden). The heated indoor pool is great in size and temperature. The sauna is lovely too. Wifi and parking available in front of the room. Just minutes away from restaurants and shopping.
