We had a great time here! We especially loved the large room with its own kitchen, big fridge, private bathroom with hot water and good water pressure, as well as a Smart TV with Netflix (already logged in with the hotel account)!

The breakfast is a real highlight, with homemade bread and cake, and a great view of the sea.

Booked this Pousada because of it’s idyllic location and so called hospitality. However practically our whole stay we could not have breakfast in our stay. We had to walk for 10 min through the jungle to another cheaper Pousada with no idyllic view at all. Only the last morning of check out, breakfast was served in our hotel. Seeing what we could have had in the past days was so frustrating.
We asked several times for help with planning our tours / hikes but they were very short in replies probably due to the language barrier. However google translate can help you a long way right…?! The lack of effort to help us out, frustrated us the most because we were really in a remote location, dependent on the Pousada to make the best of our days.

We loved the atmosphere and lovely staff! The food & drinks were a highlight with an incredible view of the beach. We really appreciated the staff helping us out when we missed our boat transfer to Angra, straight away Valentino sorted us a private boat for our departure. The team very genuinely lovely people who wanted to help. Lots of good recommendations for walks, boat tours, diving etc. The beach is idyllic! The location offers accès to Praia do canto which is on the edge of Abraao with nice restaurants and more calmness away from all the boats and ferries. The service was great very helpful and available. The breakfast good and fresh with a mix of fruits, cakes, ham and breads. The view is amazing we recommend the balcony apartment.

The best thing about the guest house is its breathtaking location. It also offers easy access to all the trails leading to other beaches and scenic spots. You can dive from the jetty and swim with fish, see turtles, and enjoy the vibrant marine life. The staff were lovely, especially Jessica, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She and Cassiane prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, which made our stay even more special.
Location is great, staff is very helpful and they helped us to get our suitcases to and back to the apartmant from the pier. Everything is near and convenient, beach is clean and property is also very clean. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and food was excellent!

The location is superb if you want to stay on this side of the island - we could reach a few good spots by foot. It was a short stay, but we really loved it.

The staff is very friendly and the location of this guest house is great. I could listen to the sound of the ocean from my room. But all of the facilities are run down and need an urgent renovation.
We had a relaxing and fun stay. We liked the beautiful and remote setting, friendly staff, excellent caipirinas and juices, good food, spacious and comfortable rooms, the private beach, the availability of paddle boards and kayaks, and the private hot tub. The New Year’s Eve dinner was magnificent.
Fabiana und Leonardo are perfect hosts and very friendly people. We were very sad when leaving them. Fantastic nature and surroundings, homemade dinner and breakfast on a terrace with an awesome view. On top fantastic boat trips with Leonardo to lovely secret beaches, snorkeling spots and so on.

We stayed with a group of 7 friends and really enjoyed it. It was the perfect location for our trip to this amazing island. Especially the breakfast and the dinner were very good. Looking forward to the next time on Ilha Grande.
Gorgeous facilities, rustic but comfortable at the edge of the rainforest with a sea view. What more can you wish for? Good breakfast and overall menu for lunch and dinner. We definitely took advantage of the kayaks and snorkeling gear, only thing missing would be the swimming flippers. Great to have the blue lagoon just in front of the hotel. Just make sure you go early before the party boats arrive :) You can also book massages, I tried both the regular and the Thai one - warmly recommend both.
