Quality Hotel Pampulha is comfortable but not ideally located. It’s a 30-minute walk from the nearest natural park, and the area is noisy with busy streets and occasional homeless passersby. Public transport or a car is essential. The hotel’s independent restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner, though dinner can be pricey.
Breakfast is always very good, though the vegetarians in our group would like more vegetarian entrees with both breakfast and dinner. We liked the new converters! The old ones were so huge, bulky and heavy. Thanks for buying new ones! Our bed was super comfortable, as always.
The rooms were comfortable. The breakfasts and restaurant/ dinner meals were very good. The day staff were very helpful (the night staff is another issue, explained below)
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will continue to do so in my future stays in Belo Horizonte. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. I stayed for about a month for work and I have read complaints regarding the WiFi, however I had no issues with the WiFi at all while staying. The hotel restaurant is superb, from breakfast to lunch and even dinner. Everything I ate there was absolutely delicious.
The people here that work here are very professional and the dinner and the lunch and the breakfast was amazing and the staff is so professional, I have never been in a hotel where the staff works so hard to be in such high standards for the customers. Thank you for making my stay so amazing and wonderful and we will be back trust me. You made our trip exceptional.
