Very nice small apartment enough big for family 2+2. Two bedrooms, living room, two balconies with very nice view And small kitchen without dishwasher and toaster (these things I am used to use, even the toaster would be fine for breakfast). I have to say there were enough plates, dishes and glass, ... Equipment around pension Is great - swimming pool, mini golf, trampoline, ... everything is included, you don't have to pax for that. Fantastic!

    The location is beautiful and well situated for anyone seeking outdoor activities. The look and ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. The rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel, are well decorated nicely and are very clean. The food is expertly prepared and dinner service is perfectly executed. The staff are absolutely amazing.

    Our room had a lovely terrace where we’ve enjoyed nice dinners. The town is also lovely and quiet. We also need to thank the host since he allowed us to stay till 2pm in the room, we really appreciated his warmth.

    spacious apartment, clean, well equiped. Pension is in very nice location, central position but still quiet. Nice garden with many facilities for children (and not only for them). We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will come back for sure.

    The apartment is very spacious and the view is amazing. It’s located in a very beautiful and peaceful place just in the mountains and next to the lakes on Austrian & Italian border. Though we stayed in the beginning of October the heating was on so it was very warm inside. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything that needed. The host is very nice and flexible. We came very late to the place but we were warmly treated.

    Everything perfect, from the check in, the room and the wellness. Exceptionlly good the dinner. If I'll have the opportunity I'll spend at Fokus hotel a longer vacation

    We had a lovely stay here. The host was very accommodating to us and our young child. There is lovely food at a very fair price on the evening. The decoration of the rooms feels like visiting your grandmother, but the pension is definitly clean, comfortable and well equiped. Would definitly recommend staying here for a few nights and enjoy some hiking in the beautiful mountains. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
