    We recommend Summer Dreams house. When we arrived at the house, everything was clean and impeccable. It has air conditioning, television, WiFi network, refrigerator with two bottles of fresh water, oven and mini stove, kitchen utensils, electric kettle and the bed mattress was very comfortable. The residence has private parking. We were staying at the beginning of June.

    The apartment was perfect for us! It’s big and comfortable, and have all the things that you need for spend some summer days. It was so closed to the beach and the restaurants. And the guest house is so nice and helpful, they gave to us some wonderful tips to our visit and you can found a small súper at the entrance. It’s totally recommended!!

    Very nice family run Guest House. Super clean and with a really friendly host, who is glad to give useful advice in English and Italian. Good breakfast. Location is good, outside of the super touristic path but very central. Recommended

    This place was perfect. The dinner was beautiful and fresh. The view was stunning. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and even gave us some homemade limoncello to take home

    We had a lovely 2 nights stay at Vila Primo Opus. its position is at the beginning of Ksamil, so away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to the beaches and restaurants. Our room was large with a great view. Everything was really clean! Mosquito nets on the windows and drying rack for wet swimming suits and towels outside on the balcony was an excellent bonus. Owners are lovely and welcoming.

    The terrace area was beautiful with lovely greenery and kitchen facilities were great! The owner went out of her way to greet us out the front and we were treated with incredible kindness for the entirety of our stay. We were driven by the owners to a traditional Albanian restaurant for dinner where we were welcomed by all the staff to make it feel like home. We ate the best meal of our life, food was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Ksamil. Can’t wait to come back soon!

    If you like a quiet place in Ksamil (like we did), you should go here. It is nothing fancy, but for the price you pay you cannot expect that. It was clean and the bed was good. There is a beach nearby and you can go for a walk after dinner (there is a nice restaurant nearby) and see a great sunset.

    Really nice family run hotel with the sweetest owners. The rooms are beautiful and the location is great with lovely views of the village and the ocean. We stayed at John’s guest house for 2 nights and one evening we had a lovely dinner at the hotel and it was great! Also good wi-fi
