Oliver Studios, inn in Ksamil

At the inn, all rooms include a balcony. Each room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and certain rooms at Oliver Studios have a city view. At the accommodation every room includes a private bathroom.

Everything this is the third time visiting this property and we always enjoyed it. They’re very welcoming people Enver and Buçe great people we’re definitely going to come back again!

    Right on the main road and walking distance to beaches. We got the half-board option so breakfast and dinner were included. Loved not having to think about where to have dinner as it was off-season. Room was spacious with a small fridge.Large balcony was a plus. Shower room was separated from toilet which was a bonus. Helpful staff

    Spacious neat rooms. Fridge, smart tv and great wifi are available. The hotel is just a 2 min walk away from the beach where you can, at this time (end of April/beginning of may) can rent 2 sun beds and a parasol for €10,-. Breakfast was amazing!

    Lovely atmosphere, friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel was completely renovated, stylish and very clean. It was worth it for the money. Our room was pretty and comfortable, I loved it. We enjoyed breakfast with plenty of various food and dinner was delicious. We were pleased with our stay and hope to be back soon for longer period this time.

    Nice hotel, with super friendly staff. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner (both included in the room price). It was a great value for money. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant which is on the ground floor, to everyone.

    Lovely hotel with beautiful pool area, breakfest and dinner served outside with beautiful view on hotel and pool. Very tasty dinners served in restaurant, great and fresh sea food, even there were only few guests since it was off the season. Really enjoy stay.

    The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good, we were stuffed every morning. This kept us going until dinner time.

    It's a family run business. Hotel staff come in the morning when they do kitchen cooking and room cleaning jobs. All the Xamil beaches are to be paid. From 10 to 15 euros per umbrella. We have been allowed to warm up our dinner by the owner. He also instal a muslim shower for us when checked in the room. The view from the 2nd floor is very nice. Rooms are in good size. Mattresses are very comfortable. Halal Restaurant is not nearby. It's a 30-minute drive and 15 km from Xamil. Nepsi Halal in Sarande.

    The breakfast was incredible, there was so much and different every day. All home made, beautiful food. The service was fantastic. Such a lovely family run resort, we were made to feel so welcome. They couldn't do enough for us. It was extremely clean. a great location, close enough to the centre and beaches and restaurants but also in a quiet location that wasn't busy and bustling. A beautiful rustic building, with a lovely pool, bar and restaurant.

    Really nice family run hotel with the sweetest owners. The rooms are beautiful and the location is great with lovely views of the village and the ocean. We stayed at John’s guest house for 2 nights and one evening we had a lovely dinner at the hotel and it was great! Also good wi-fi
