This ibis hotel has views of Granville’s marina and is located 100 metres from the ferry terminal providing access to the Anglo-Norman Isles of Jersey, Guernsey and Serck. Staff very personable and motivated. Location. Comfortable. View, I had a port view. Restaurant. They’ve got self service breakfast right: tea leaf tea provided! However the coffee out of the machine is quite the most BITTER AND DISGUSTING I have ever had. The lady in charge really commanded her room. She was terrific.

The ibis Saint-Lô is located 3 km from the city centre and a 45-minute drive from the Landing Beaches. It offers free on-site parking and soundproofed accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Everything is clean and neat. Polite and friendly staff, breakfast is very good (variety of drinks, cheese, bread, serials, etc). Enjoyed staying one night. Recommend.

Located near the centre of Cherbourg and a 50-minute drive from the Landing Beaches, the ibis Cherbourg - La Glacerie has a 24-hour reception. I liked the new decor since we were there last a lot more homely
