parking was great. The breakfast and restaurant were good. It was a nice surprise that the hotel is part of a shopping mall, so I got some shopping done at the Carrefour.
Dunkerque
The rooms at this ibis hotel come with parquet floors and en suite facilities complete with free toiletries and a shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Canal + also features in the rooms. we arrive around 3 am.I didnt speak english or french.The guy at the reception spoke with my sister and explained everything.The accomodiate eventhough it was not the check in time.The staff was extremely friendly,perfect room.Good job keep going like this

Choose a room with a sea view which was great. The best was having dinner by a bay window overlooking the beach and enjoying the sunset. Having a drink on the terrasse right by the beach was very relaxing. Did enjoy a swim at the end of the day in the sea-water swimming pool.
Saint-Omer

Exactly what you expect from a Ibis Budget
The room was larger than some of the ibis budgets we have stayed in. The beds were quite comfy and good quality bedding. The location is fairly good. Just a few minutes walk to local restuarants. Secure parking. Breakfast was OK for the price.
After a bad experience in another Ibis Budget I was pleasantly surprised. It’s comfortable enough for night’s stay before heading to Calais.
Clean, basic facilities but everything you needed and excellent price. One of the better ibis budget hotels in my opinion. Friendly staff good location.
Basic and sweet like what an ibis budget should be. 10 minute walk to the centre
We have used B&B on many occasions a few years ago. We chose B&B at Coquelles this time, as we usually stay at the Ibis tunnel sous le Manche for security for the car, as our car was broken into once before. We couldn't get booked into the Ibis this time, but we see when we went that B&B now have the Ibis, Ibis Budget and Novotel. So hopefully will staying with you more often.
With IBIS Budget, what you see is what you get. Basic, functional, comfortable and clean Good location a short walk to the centre of St Omer Basic but generous breakfast
It was a totally typical Ibis budget, and I thought the staff were very good - the girl who answered my questions on line before arrival and the fact that someone was there at the desk when I arrived (and all the time I think). The rooms are small but comfortable, and it was quiet too, no noise from other rooms.
The property is in a bad condition and should be closed or refurbished to meet Ibis Budget standards. We stay in Ibis regularly because we rely on a good service and level of comfort which Ibis offers. This hotel did not meet Ibis standards.
