Only standard cleaning on check-out is provided at the included rate. Fee will apply(minimum fee R400) if the apartment is in a state that requires excessive cleaning. Late Check-out: Check-out is strictly 9am, no exceptions(any time after 9am will result in a penalty at a minimum rate of R500 per hour). We require the apartment vacant at 9am as we require the time from 9am to 3pm to attend to cleaning & having the apartment ready for the next guest. Please note extensions cannot be provided on day of check-out due to bookings we have already committed to.

Interaction with guests:- Keys will be either delivered by myself on arrival or left with Security(self Check-In). Other things to note:- Bath towels are provided. A set of soap & toilet paper provided. Kitchen has a set of basic cutlery, crockery as well as pans, bowls, pots etc. One Parking Dedicated to the Apartment 24/7 undercover, second parking bay open bay is available on a 1st come availability basis. Cable TV/ DSTV Premium is provided. Wi-Fi(fibre) is provided throughout the apartment BBQ Facilities & Pool on site for you to use whenever you require. Early Check-In Can Be Requested(Subject to Availability).

Guest access:- The building is very secure & has a 24 hour guard on site. Facilities include a braai area, communal pool & sun deck for your use as well as your private parking spot inside the complex.There is direct access to the main Umhlanga swimming beach from the complex. The building is a prime location(situated between the famous Edge of the Sea Complex & Umhlanga Sands), within walking distance to shops & restaurants which are situated within the Umhlanga Village.
