Bathrooms 1 & 2 are both en-suite and have a Bath & Shower. Bathroom 3 has a shower only. The villa also comprises a kitchen, lounge, dining area and a couch. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The unit also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and WIFI. The living area leads to an enclosed patio area with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Kindly be advised that the entrance to the property is accessed via stairs. To mitigate the impact of load shedding a 5kW Inverter and lithium-ion battery has been installed as well as a gas hob equipped with a whistling kettle. This ensures operational functionality for most of the electrical outlets during load-shedding. Guests are still requested to exercise judicious use of the provided resources, refraining from running high-load appliances that may rapidly deplete the battery's capacity.
