A luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment situated at The Island Club in the heart of Century City. The modern apartment overlooks the blissful canal offering tranquility and has a fully furnished balcony with 8 seater dining and lounging area. The inside of the unit is host to a comfortable and cozy yet stylish lounge area which has a flat screen smart TV, dining area accommodating 6 people and a contemporary sleeper couch. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a double door fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob as well as a washing / dryer machine. The master bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, flat screen smart TV and on-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and a smart TV. Both Bedrooms have built in cupboards and a work space. The family bathroom includes a large shower. The apartment has its own dedicated parking bay, 24 hour security , uncapped WIFI with all TV's offering the full DSTV premium package. Directly opposite the apartment is an onsite gym. There is an outdoor pool which guest of The Island Club have full access to. Access to the Canal Walk Shopping Centre is just a stone throw away.
