## The space A fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, relaxing lounge area with DSTV and Netflix and comfortable beds. My place is perfect for guests who want to stay close to the city but are also looking for a quiet spot to come back to at the end of the day. The property is equipped with an alarm system as well for peace of mind. ## Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire house. ## Guest interaction The best way to stay in touch is via Airbnb. My support team will be happy to answer all your questions before and during your stay. ## Other things to note - LOAD SHEDDING: Our national power supplier (Eskom) implements ‘load shedding’ schedules across all areas in South Africa. This means that power cuts take place from 1 - 4 hours per day, which can affect your area. We encourage you to be aware of these power outages by downloading a helpful and free App called "EskomSePush" - The Loadshedding App. Once installed, add the suburb "Cape Town CBD" and the App will provide all information and times of these power outages so that you can plan accordingly. This is a double story home: Lower level - Lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Upper level - Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Please ensure you switch the alarm off when entering and on again upon leaving the house. There is no secure parking, however there should always be enough parking in the street in front of the house.

## The neighborhood Close to my place is The Old Biscuit Mill which is a vibrant, warm-hearted little village in the heart of Woodstock where talented people come together to share, collaborate and show off their heart-felt passion. Every Saturday they have a "Neighbourgoods" market where you can find fresh produce, tasty meals and drinks prepared for you on the spot and locally made clothing and furniture for sale. ## Getting around There are a number of bus stops in the area, one of them being the MyCity Cape Town Biscuit Mill 2 stop, that is a 10min walk away where you can take the 261 MyCity bus.
