23 Ambleside is more than a holiday accommodation that offers a self-catering units, rooms and entertainment areas. It is situated in Umtentweni, Port Shepstone. A mere 1,5 minute walk to a pristine and unspoiled beach and 7 min walking from the swimming beach. Within driving distance from shops, restaurants and other attractions. Accommodation comprises 1 main house, 2 cottages and 1 flat. These 4 options can be booked together for 1 large group, or separately. The Main House is Self-Catering with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate toilet, three bedrooms with each a double bed and a single bed in the room, a sun room with a double bed, a lounge with big smart TV with Netflix streaming, a dining room with 8-seater table and free WIFI. Cottage 1 is NOT Self Catering, it has a full bathroom with shower and small bath, double bed and open plan living lounge with smart TV with Netflix streaming, fridge, microwave/oven, kettle, and toaster. It also has a private patio with braai provided. Cottage 2 is Self-Catering with kitchenette and small two plate stove, bathroom with shower, smart TV with Netflix streaming, a double bed and a single bed in the lounge, free WIFI. The 1 bedroom flat has a double bed and 2 single beds, kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is situated above the garage and has amazing views. Outside there is a pool situated in a beautiful garden with braai area and lapa. The Beach is at 1,5 min walking distance and shops are also at walking distance. Rates displayed are on a room only basis. Breakage deposit R500 to be paid at check in and reimbursed 5 days after departure when all is found in order. Secure parking is available for vehicles, behind remote-controlled gates of the property. 23 Ambleside is also located near to popular fishing spots, a pub and grill that has a kiddies jungle gym. There is a local Quick Spar that is 2.4km away, 2 restaurants Jaxx and Schooners, the Oribi Plaza Shopping Centre is 4.9km.

To the beach is only a 1,5 minute Walk. Very safe area for running. 3rd Avenue restaurant is the place to be with very reasonably priced good food, within walking distance. Little Shop and bottle stores 5 min walking distance. Bigger shops and restaurants or a 5 min drive. Shelly Beach mall and South Coast mall is a 20 min drive. Port Shepstone Country Club/golf course is 5 min drive.
