The place is perfect for me and my wife. We enjoyed a lot especially the room we booked was very open, bed, furniture, linen, and also the bathroom was very clean. Air-conditioning is perfect too. Oh how could i forget the view of indian ocean and sea breeze is so fantastic, and thier breakfast is so delicious, the staff is very good and they are serving with smile. Margate is a small town, that operates on its own terms. The people are warm and welcoming. When we were there the weather was gloomy and raining, so we never go to truly experience beautiful sunny weather. Restaurants are okay the food is okay not great, however the service is terrible.

Margate is a beautiful holiday spot with good beaches. We had our meals at Margate Hotel. Driving around is easy. Shelly Centre and South Coast Mall are near to satisfy additional needs. One should book book early to get quality accommodation.

Everything you need is around it is a walking distance you don't need to drive shops,clubs, swimming pool,beach, restaurants ,ShopRite isn't far we liked everything outside the premise it's only the apartment that disappointed us otherwise we had so much fun

what i like most is that the accommodation was close to the shops/malls and most of all beach front.
The caretaker was very friendly. The rooms were very clean, and the parking areas was secure. We had remotes for the front entrance and the rear gates. The place was very safe. Could walk around at night and felt safe.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, rooms neat but more improvement will help, I had coffee in the morning and the cups were not washed, soap was not replaced considering we were two sharing the hotel soap, a bar or mini fridge will help as it is needed to refrigerate ones drinks and dairy product to snack on. Otherwise the stay was good and relaxing
Our villa was closer to the pool and hotel restaurant and about 1km and half or less from the beach.
All the places we wanted to see were about 10 to 20 minutes drive from the villa, e.g. the waffle house, the lobster pot, Mac banana, and wild coast water world.
The beach restaurant has amazing pizza, and the hotel restaurant has divine food.
I like that it was peaceful and everything is around the corner the staff are so polite and helpful and the whole experience was memorable we are definitely coming back again, I would recommend anyone that hasn't been to Margate to book:) Netflix Smart TV was awesome!! Because my partner was sick this helped keep us entertained
Very clean. Host was very accommodating if there were any issues and tried to get them fixed. Staff on sight to help with any queries and problems. Beds very comfortable. Large fluffy bath towels in all bathrooms. Really was the outstanding cleanliness of everything , none of the stickiness you expect when you visit the coast,
Close to the margate maim beach directly opposite Margate pier, nice balcony with braai arra on the balcony, good value for money, host was great, also apartment was ready ealry , we arrived late, host allowed us late chexk out which was great, did not have to rush, everything is close.
We've never been accomodated at Margate hotel holiday. Nothing I liked since we couldn't find the place. And they were unreachable.
I liked the service of Fahed S from Booking.com who assisted us nicely with alternative accomodation which is St Michael the very beautiful place.
This property is filthy , unsafe located in a very seedy part of Margate . The staircase had faeces on it & the room stank of urine . We did not stay in this run down apartment & immediately told them that we will report this to Booking.com & demand a refund !
Seebrook apartment 504 was awesome to stay at. It is absolutely clean, comfortable and cozy with an exceptional view of the Margate beach. Will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.
We loved the sea view and the room's was amazing , We like the way the hotel host a small braai with Pap and sauce with salad.

The property was very clean. It’s safe and right on the beach. It had all the amenities we needed, including a safe parking space and a safe place for children to play.
The hotel is just at the beachfront. The room was clean and I liked their shower with more water. Oh not forgetting the cheff at the breakfast, he knows his story.
