The property was self catering. Room size was compact but had what we required. The view was fantastic overlooking St Thomas harbour and the host was lovely.

Northside Studio Vacation Rental feels like a mini weekend getaway. Very quiet and gives you a hotel like feel. This unit also offers a peaceful and clean stay! We look forward to your stay. Come relax and enjoy this private air-conditioned Cozy Studio Apartment. From your outdoor patio enjoy stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, Charlotte Amalie Harbor, downtown and neighboring islands. Watch the cruise ships enter and leave the harbor while sipping on a cup of coffee/tea or enjoying a good book. The Studio is fully equipped with a 40” Smart TV, refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, flatware, glasses and more. NSVR is committed to providing extra care , disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between reservations. It is close enough to the town of Charlotte Amalie for dining and shopping but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. This adorable studio nestled on a hillside is located in a private neighborhood. There is Complimentary WIFI in the unit. You're all set for a great vacation!!
Northside Vacation Rental is a family owned Short Term Rental business located in the United States Virgin Islands (St. Thomas). What we enjoy about hosting is meeting new people, learning new culture and just simply telling our guest about our beautiful island. My family and I are ready to host your stay whether it be for business or pleasure. Booking with us will be an AMAZING experience to look forward to. Our quiet residential neighborhood is centrally located in the hills of beautiful St. Thomas VI. We are 10 minutes to and from the airport and downtown Charlotte Amalie. There is no public transportation serving this area, however we are close to a main tour route and accessibility by taxi.
