The location is perfect, close to all of interest and the rooms are clean. The hotel has a terrace from which the views especially at night are amazing. Staff are extremely helpful, fixing a broken loo within a couple of hours and liaising with another hotel regarding partially illegible registration forms (,see my comments on Imam Azam Samarkand). Many reviews seem to slate the place for all sorts of reasons, and all I can say is that I saw no evidence of poor service, poor breakfast or poor anything other than perhaps the beds are on the hard side. If you come from the railway station get a Yandex taxi at 21,000 som. The others will rip you off.
