This spacious 2 bdrm condo is located on the Intracoastal. Rare unit with its own corridor to entry will give you privacy Marina views, spacious balcony, workstation, pool, jacuzzi, gym, bar, lounges & privileged water taxi stop on waterfront patio for unique access 24-hour front desk 15 min from the FLL airport Quick walk to the beach Steps from Galleria Mall, Restaurants, Supermarket for your grocery needs & more Its central location, water taxi at the back and access to the circuit app means you don’t need a car. While check-in is at 4 pm if you arrive early simply leave your luggage at the valet who will take good care of them at no extra cost until your condo is ready. In the meantime, you can use all of the building amenities, including the outdoor bar for food and drinks.
The building’s central location also makes plenty of attractions very accessible: - Jet ski, private boat and Segway rental are directly at the back. Book by phone or online. - The privileged water taxi stop at the back will take you to different locations around Fort Lauderdale including Las Olas (downtown), or simply to enjoy a scenic experience. This can be accessed anytime right at the back as per the water taxi’s schedule - Everglades airboat tour or Everglades Day Safari will pick you up directly from the lobby entrance. - Birch State Park and Bonnet House Museum & Gardens are an 8 minute walk.
