Speaking of the canal, it offers you direct access to Charlotte Harbor, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. The lush landscaping, including mango, key lime, banana, and avocado trees, creates a serene atmosphere. The screened-in lanai is fully furnished with a lounge seating area, a built-in bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a gas grill, and a dining table with seating for four. A swim in your private pool is the perfect way to wake up in the morning while you savor the amazing water views. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island for prep space, and bar seating for two guests.
