Newport Bliss, upstairs in this waterfront duplex has it all + water sports galore - Prime location, steps to Balboa Island Ferry and near Balboa Pier & Balboa Park - Between Newport & Balboa Beaches with tons of water activity/rentals steps away - Fabulous shopping at Fashion Island, Via Lido, Balboa Island, Bayside shopping Cntr - Full kitchen, quality appliances, plus an outdoor lounge just outside the loft w/BBQ - Wi-Fi & laptop-friendly workspace in the home, washer & dryer & a parking spot It’s a 2-story duplex home so guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upstairs unit, Unit A. We provide some complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, and some toilet paper in the bathrooms but please note that these items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more. There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned at any point during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.

This is a famous So Cal location to visit and experience the high life. You’ll find yourself on the Newport Bayside with stunning views and just steps away from the docks where you can rent water equipment for a day out on the water. - Prime location between Newport & Balboa Beaches, 1/2 mile to Balboa Pier, and 1.8 miles to the Newport Pier. If you walk from Pier-to-Pier, it’s 2 miles one way and a lovely beachside walk. - Newport Pier has many attractions, excellent restaurants, and bars and the Balboa Pier area has fabulous views and a restaurant at the end of the pier. Plus, Balboa Park is there, a lively oceanfront park and a popular destination for beach activities. - Take a ferry to one of the nearby islands like Balboa or Lido and enjoy strolling the cute streets for a day. - A few blocks from the Rendezvous Ballroom Historical Marker and Balboa Park, with picnic tables and a beach playground.
