Unique 2021 listing in the heart of AZ wine country, private and well-appointed second story apt in large auxiliary structure on 3 acre property that includes a 1.6 acre vineyard, adjacent to the Verde River, peaceful country views from deck, kitchen, memory foam king bed in bedroom, full bath, 5 min to Old Town, 20 minutes to Sedona or Jerome. 1 hour to Prescott or Flagstaff, 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon. Kayak rentals available. inquire if drop off/pick up needed to confirm availability.

You will feel far removed from the city but will be very close to amenities. Pastures, State Park land and homes on 1.6 acres or more surround. Complete country vibe but near dining, wine or beer tasting, shopping and site seeing. Cottonwood is an International Dark Sky Community.
