Beautiful Country house overlooking 13.5 acres and a small lake Need a private and quiet getaway? Take the whole family to this recently renovated country house on Pine Island. There are many areas to have fun on these 13.5 acres of land (10 acres of protected mangrove/preserve and 3.5 acres uplands). Ideal for those who enjoy privacy, tranquility, connection with nature, and star-watching. - You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form by the cardholder, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. - This property requires an energy contribution payment of 0.22 cents per KWh plus tax. A hold of 15 dollars per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. - Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation. - There is a 500 dollar security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened. - Please note that there is a locked room in the house being used by the owner and you won't have access to it. - There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house.

These parks and preserves feature miles of hiking trails, fishing pier, boardwalks, incredible views of the water and surrounding wildlife, kayak launch, picnic tables, public restrooms, and even a small beach. There are also some colorful restaurants nearby such as Froggy’s and The Waterfront Restaurant & Marina. Most of those parks and restaurants are located within 5 minutes of the property.
