Escape into the gorgeous mountains of Southwest Colorado at this lofty, one-bedroom condo, a comfortable getaway on the outskirts of Durango with a community hot tub, views of the surrounding valley, a shared pool, and wonderful access to skiing, boating, and other outdoor adventures. This two-level condo sits in the mountains just 18 miles north of downtown Durango, offering a cool respite in the summer and a skier's wonderland each winter. Here in San Juan National Forest, you'll be only four miles south of canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at Electra Lake, and eight miles south of the slopes and lifts of Purgatory Resort. You'll feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you enter the living space, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding woodlands. Leave your hiking shoes or ski boots in the entryway closet, settle in on the plush sofa and armchairs, and flip on the stereo system as you make yourself at home. In the sunny summer months, you can open the sliding glass doors to relax with a novel or a newspaper on the private deck.
