my property is located in the most sought after upper east side neighborhood. Tons of amazing restaurants. supermarkets and pharmacies . Centrally located near everything. Steps from public transportation. One bedroom stylish apartment located on 2nd floor of a walk up building. Second avenue and 96 street. This apartment is located in the back. Therefore it is very quite inside. You can actually open the windows without hearing so much noise. One bedroom with one comfy memory foam queen bed with 2 storage futons which opens to a queen size bed which is in the living room. This is a 3 room apartment . My apartment is fully furnished with dishes, glasses , pots n pans, utensils, sheets, towels, blankets A 65 smart TV with many cable stations and apps and streaming. . The apartment sleeps 3 comfortably. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets. complementary coffee, creamer and condiments. The apartment is located in a very safe and lively neighborhood. Restaurants galore!
