Nestled high on Eastlake Ave, the unobstructed, sweeping views of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline is an urban retreat. Savor the city backdrop & Space Needle from the 2nd floor great room. It is spacious, and light filled. A half bath, a large chef kitchen w/granite counters & stainless-steel appliances round out the middle floor. The Upper floor master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and large bathroom embraces the Seattle sunsets. The second bedroom w/en-suite bathroom is adjacent to the master and also enjoys the sweeping views. Entry level junior suite w/sliders to the enclosed patio. Only two blocks to Lake Union and merely minutes to downtown, this is Eastlake living at its finest.
