Location, Location, Location. This is located in the heart of the Broadway District in downtown Salt Lake City. Located perfectly within walking distance to ALL of downtown. Converted from a barbershop, this brand new listing has everything new in 2021. Perfect home base whether you're in town to hit the slopes, visiting a friend, or just checking out Salt Lake City. Cozy and space-efficient, this listing accommodates 1 comfortably, max 2 guests. Can't wait to host you!
Hello! I’m Dani from Salt Lake City Utah. I own a high end men’s grooming Lounge in downtown Salt Lake City and a few short term rentals. I am well traveled, living many years in Antigua Guatemala. I love skiing, raising chickens, and hosting travelers. My barbershop is located next door, so if you need me, I'm around but may not always be free. Reach out to me on the app! The Barbershop will have someone available if need be 9-5 daily.
The Broadway District is just the best! There are restaurants and bars steps away from the listing. If you're keen to walk farther, head west to access coffee shops, a funky clothing boutique (Iconoclad), a spin studio (Torrent Cycle), a yoga studio (Salt Lake Power Yoga), more restaurants, and more things to see on Main Street. Please keep in mind this is a downtown property, You could possibly hear noise from the street or passerby’s at any point day or night. It would not be unusual to see homeless/unhomed person. Property faces the street. If you're here for the slopes and hiking, you will need a car, or figure out the bus routes to take you up to your resort. If you're more the Downtown type, you can walk or take Trax, Utahs light rail transit to the Vivant area is easy as pie!
