Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 4 bedroom, 2-bath home with a pool and Patio lights. We have 5 beds and 1 pullout couch. It has outdoor seating for everyone and an inside 2-way fireplace on those cooler afternoons. Come stay with us and create lasting memories. This home has one king bed in the master bedroom, It has one room with a queen bed, It has another room with a queen bed and bathroom in the room, It has another room with a bunk bed which is a twin over full bed, And finally, there is a full-size pull-out couch in the living room. You have access to the entire home except for two storage closets. We ask that you do not park in the garage. Please park on the driveway. The pool equipment is stored in the garage and so are the washer and dryer. This house has a pool. There will be no lifeguard on duty. Please swim at your own risk. There are child safety locks located at the top of the patio doors going out to the pool. Please keep these locks locked to avoid small children wandering outside unattended. - No smoking inside the house of any kind (vape, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, cannabis, etc). Any evidence or smell of smoke of any kind will result in an automatic deep cleaning fee of 400USD. All smoking has to be done on the driveway or in the backyard away from the house. - Please make sure the reservation includes the correct number of people staying. Please include everyone that will NOT be staying but just visiting as well. Your reservation will be updated if more people are observed than disclosed on the reservation which may include extra charges. - Event fees will be case by case depending on number of guests. - A pet fee is required if you bring a pet. 99USD is the fee per stay. Limit of 2 pets per 99USD. It will be 50USD for every pet after that per stay. Be sure to add the pet to your reservation.
