Dear future guests, please read this text before your booking. Check-in is after 4pm (please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests we are available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic 500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per our rules. According to city rules and regulations for short-term rentals, the property is limited to a maximum of 4 people. Otherwise, we will be obliged to cancel your reservation without any refund. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. Pool hours: dawn to dusk Laundry hours: 8am-10pm & 9am-10pm on holidays and weekends. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Per the HOA; boats, wave runners, all-terrain (ATV), commercial vehicles, motor homes and any trailers are prohibited from parking anywhere on the property. Vehicles found in violation may be towed, 24 hours after a third written violation is issued. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed.
