#StayinMyDistrict Rose Village Vancouver! This Private 2 bedroom/1 bath single level duplex has everything you will need to feel right at home! Bedroom 1: King size bed, with linens and pillows. Large closet with plenty of space. Bedroom 2: King bed, and a dresser. Additionally, this bedroom has a closet with plenty of storage. Bright and clean bath, including a shower/tub combo, linens, shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer provided for guest use. Small & efficient fully set up kitchen. Appliances including a stove/oven, fridge, small dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Kitchen bar opens to dining area with 2 stools and dining table with additional seating for up to 6. Washer & Dryer located in kitchen is available for guest use as well as iron & ironing board. Living area includes chair and pullout couch, as well as an extra space for guests to sleep. A Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Video are available to login to. There is a desk with a lamp as well. Well-kept yard with private outdoor deck and patio with an outdoor table/chairs, BBQ grill, and comfortable lounge chairs. FREE reserved parking for two vehicles in driveway. There is parking in front of the home that is NOT available and is reserved for the guests in the other duplex unit. Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time, but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance. We accept up to (2) dogs with an additional pet fee per pet. We do NOT accept cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our Pet Policy (under OTHER THINGS TO NOTE) before booking. Also, let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
