Hello, my name is Steve and I am originally from Sacramento, California. I relocated to Vancouver, Washington shortly after the birth of my son, in 1988. I am a US Air Force Veteran, a father of 2 adult children and, as of September 2020, a grandfather! I love to travel and experience new adventures. I started my short term rental business in 2019 as a vehicle to retirement from my day job. I accomplished that goal in December 2021 and now work in my STR business full time. Kozy Accommodations LLC is a family run small business. My son, Adam, joined me as a full partner in 2021. We work with property owners to offer short or mid-term furnished rentals. We list properties for booking online in Vancouver, Washington, as well as San Antonio, Texas. We strive to earn a 5-star rating from every guest. Our goal is to provide guests the amenities of a hotel combined with the comforts of home. Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Communication through the platform app (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) is encouraged. Our maintenance team can be available for urgent matters.

Kozy Condo resides near the quiet Mahncke Park neighborhood which shares borders with the San Antonio Botanical Garden, San Antonio Country Club, and Historic Fort Sam Houston. Just a few blocks away you can find Mahncke Park itself which is a large neighborhood park filled with mesquite trees and a quaint community garden (Mahncke Park Community Garden) with many different types of flowers and vegetables. Walking to the garden and having a seat under the large tree is always an enjoyable activity on a sunny day. The neighborhood itself offers many walking paths and running routes for those looking to enjoy the beautiful San Antonio sunshine. Smokeshack BBQ, recently featured on national TV (Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives), is just an 8-minute walk away and the Witte Science Museum is a 15-minute walk. Also within walking distance is Brackenridge Park, The DoSeum Children's museum, the Japanese Tea Garden and the San Antonio Zoo.
