This spacious, second-floor apartment is centrally located in the Fan District. Being an end unit, ample light brightens the space during the day, which is rare for the area. The front porch seating area is yours to enjoy and features an outdoor loveseat, two chairs, and a black tempered glass table. The neighborhood is very safe, and the block itself is quiet, while still within walking distance of dozens of highly-rated restaurants, breweries, and tourist attractions in the Fan and Carytown.

The Historic Fan District is one of the largest intact Victorian neighborhoods in the country. It is made up of 85 blocks and over 2,000 row homes. The development got its name because it followed the tracks of a late 19th century trolley line creating a fan shape with the array of streets. The neighborhood is very walkable! If you bring a car, there is usually street parking right out front. If you ever have trouble finding a spot, please let the host know.
