I had problem with plumbing in the condo and the property management had someone to fix it within the hour.. how amazing! Also the toaster was not functioning correctly and again someone showed up with brand new one right away! Excellent

This beautiful 3rd-floor condo offers the perfect spot to unwind with ease. You’ll love the direct oceanfront views as you walk onto your private balcony, overlooking the Port Royal Sound, Atlantic Ocean and beach. Make coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise as wildlife goes by - dolphins, egrets, heron, sandpiper, the list goes on - and in the afternoon grab a frosty beverage and head out to the beach or the pools. And, since you’re right on the beach, you can pop home to make an afternoon snack in the large kitchenette, featuring a full-sized fridge, oven, and microwave. Your beachy home base has been newly redecorated with eclectic local art and, since it’s an end unit and on the top floor, you’ve only got neighbors on one side. The condo complex offers lots of amenities, including two shared pools (one indoor), a hot tub, a gym, tennis courts, a sauna, playground, and shared charcoal grills. You’re also seconds from the beach, but if you want to explore on two wheels, you’re right on a bike path. It’s a quick drive to local restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, golf and more.
